After Aadhaar-based OTP login, they need to click on the ‘Check Status’ option and enter the required details. The portal will display the current status of the refund request.

The Supreme Court has approved this refund mechanism and issued new guidelines to ensure fairness and efficiency. Claims that are resubmitted due to errors or incomplete information will now be processed within 45 working days.
