The state government has started sending payments under the Maiya Samman Yojana to women who didn’t receive their 6th, 7th, and 8th installments. Many women were waiting for these payments, and now the ₹7500 amount (for 3 months) is being transferred directly to their bank accounts. What is Maiya Samman Yojana?
Maiya Samman Yojana is a welfare scheme started by the Jharkhand government to help women become financially strong. Under this scheme, eligible women receive ₹2500 every month directly into their bank accounts through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer). More than 57 lakh women have already registered under this scheme and are getting regular payments.
Maiya Samman Yojana ₹7500 Payment Update
Many women did not receive the last three payments. the Jharkhand government has started transferring ₹7500 (for 3 months) to their accounts. The payment process started on 8th March 2025 for the first phase. Around 38 lakh women have already received the money. The second phase began on 18th March 2025, and the remaining 18 lakh women are now getting their payments too.
How to Check Maiya Samman Yojana ₹7500 Payment Status
- Visit the official website of the Maiya Samman Yojana.
- On the homepage, select the “Official Login” option.
- Log in using the Login ID and password.
- Click on the “Status Check” button.
- Enter your mobile number, beneficiary number or Aadhaar number.
- You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
- Verify using the OTP sent to the registered mobile numbe
- Your payment status will appear on the screen.
This way, you can easily find out whether your ₹7500 payment has been credited or not.
What to Do If You Haven’t Received the ₹7500 Yet?
If you are eligible for the scheme but haven’t received the payment yet, don’t worry. Sometimes it takes a few days for the money to reflect in the account.However, if even after 4 to 5 days you don’t see the amount, you can call the helpline number: 1800-890-0215 to raise a complaint or ask for help. Make sure your bank account is active and linked with your Aadhaar number. Also, ensure your name is correctly registered in the scheme records.
